Bob Lutz: Retirement for him ... never!
In May 2010, he left GM determined to enjoy his retirement (well deserved) but in early summer 2010 he became a consultant with Tesla and earlier this year he entered into the staff and consultants of Lotus and Dan Akerson has announced that the "old" Bob resumed service at GM!
A 79-year-old Bob Lutz does not seem determined to take a nap in the afternoon, nor watching the flowers grow, or to tease the stud in the lakes of the northern United States. A few weeks after the confirmation of the start of production of his last baby at the Converj become ELR, Bob Lutz at General Motors returns as special adviser to GM management, but ... part time!
The current CEO of GM says he appreciates the opinions and advice of the great Bob that are of great help to him who is not a man who has spent his entire career in the automotive .
BMW, Chrysler, Ford, Tesla, Lotus, GM, the world of the car has no real secret to the old fox ... of Zurich.
