England wants to raise the speed limit on highways
The British government wants to pass the speed limit on motorways from 112 to 128 km / h.
While in France the government often talks to reduce speed on motorways 20 km / h (110 instead of 130 km / h), the British government is considering the reverse process by announcing want to pass this limitation of 70 mph (112 km / h) at 80 mph (128 km / h) by 2013.
The idea comes from Transportation Secretary Philip Hammond who explains that the mortality
